The Single Resolution Board (SRB) has published its list of SRB’s public consultations and data requests for the banking sector in 2026 on its website. The list does not include any bank-specific consultation procedures or case-specific data exchanges.
The SRB’s purpose for publishing the list is to raise awareness of public consultations directed at the sector and support banks in their operational planning.
The FFSA assesses the applicability of SRB’s guidelines and policies for the LSI banks that fall within the FFSA’s jurisdiction and informs about their application after their final versions have been released.
