What is bank resolution all about? SRB information package sheds light on the main elements
The Single Resolution Board (SRB) has published a concise information package on the resolution of banks’ crises. The package provides information on many themes concerning Pillar II of the banking union in an easily readable Questions and Answers format. The information package discusses, for example, the European resolution framework, what a bank resolution means, what its objectives are, and how responsibilities are shared between the SRB and the National Resolution Authority.
The information package is available in English here.
