The Single Resolution Board (SRB) has published its list of public consultations and data requests for the banking sector in 2025 on its website. The list does not include any bank-specific consultation procedures or case-specific data exchanges.
The SRB’s purpose for publishing the list is to raise awareness of public consultations directed at the sector and support banks in their operational planning. This is the second time that the SRB has published its list of consultations for the coming year, and it will update the list regularly.
The FFSA also makes use of the SRB’s applicable guidelines and policies for all LSIs that fall within the FFSA’s jurisdiction. The FFSA will provide LSIs with more information about the application of the new guidelines and policies after their final versions have been released.
